The Cookie Cup, Lavazza

Two things:
- This is a delectable idea. Since I don’t drink coffee, I’ll fill mine up with hot chocolate.
- Then, I shall eat the cup. Achieving the double whammy satisfaction of both being a acceptably savage (by eating my cup), AND saving the planet (cos I’m throwing away no styrofoam cup).
Good job, Lavazza!
First you drink your coffee and then you eat… the cup! Cookie Cup is the edible cup designed by Enrique Luis Sardi together with the team at the Lavazza Training Centre and Cataldo Parisi, head chef of the confectioner’s kitchen at Number 10 San Tommaso.
Cookie Cup is an example of the results achieved from research into food design: it’s not just about coffee, but also the container — because once you have enjoyed the dark beverage you can also eat the cup. The cup is made of pastry covered with a special icing sugar, which works as an insulator, and makes the cup waterproof hence allowing you to use the cup and then appreciate its taste, so to eat and drink coffee along with a biscuit at the same time. A Mug Made for Me

Perfect for a rainy day. A good book, a favourite hot beverage in a mug with a biscuit pocket. The problem with this is that it will only fit one biscuit. We know that is an average of half a page of a book, so this might not cut it.
Fret not! Just as I present thee with a problem, so shall I also present thee with a solution.
*drumroll* The Dunkmug!

If you have thinner cookies/biscuit, maybe you can fit four in there. :)
I think it’s also great for a rainy day indoor date-picnic. Aaaaah.
And because I’m awesome, I will tell you where you can get them. Rest assured, this is a labour of love and I do not profit from this free advertisement. That’s how much I love y’all.
❤❤❤ Where to buy (UK sites, in UK/Euro currency)❤❤❤
- The Teapocket: From X2G (£11.00). Out of stock, unfortunately!
- The Dunkmug: From Gadgets.co.uk (£14.95) or Mocha (£14.99)
